I am currently establishing a accounting firm. I am an associate at JTC Chartered Accountsnts who currently have a staff compliment of 25. I will service close corporations, trusts, partnerships and sole proprietors. I can supply the full accounting function or only draw up financials from already completed accounts. I can also supply advice on optimising profits, help in complying to taxation requirements, ensure that statutory requirements are met to help avoid penalties and interest and help with complying to BEE requirements.
I also subcontract to companies, helping out with systems development, cost analysis, BEE adnalyses and advise as well as other accounting related exercises.
I was the financial director at a medium sized construction concern for two years. I also have seven years audit experience, which included staff management, risk analysis and suggestion of solutions for managing of risk.
I can manage the full administration as well as accounting function up to complete consolidated final financial statement level. I have knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and can also compile financial statements for municipal entities.
